CA. Sanjeev Agarwal

CA Sanjeev Agarwal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with over 40 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounts, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Corporate and Allied Laws, and Strategic Financial Consulting. For over 30 years, he has been associated with the BEEKAY Group as Financial Controller, leading financial management and handling large-scale strategic and contractual initiatives.
His core competencies extend to the development of Business and Financial Models for BOT and BOO contracts and the drafting and vetting of various critical legal and commercial agreements, including Concession Agreements, EPC Contracts, Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs), Joint Venture Agreements, Consortium Agreements with Foreign Collaborators/JV Partners, and Shareholders Agreements.
He has successfully handled matters relating to Foreign JV Partners, including taxation, compliance with applicable regulations notified under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), and other regulatory requirements. With a proven track record in Treasury Management, Direct Taxation, Contract Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Business & Family Succession Planning, CA Sanjeev Agarwal brings strategic insight, leadership, and governance capabilities that align with Proethic’s commitment to offering value-added, future-oriented professional services.
Within ICAI, he has been actively involved at both the Branch, Regional and Central Levels. He served as the Chairperson of the ICAI Bhilai Branch (CIRC) for the term 2005– 06 and has held roles in several committees at the Central and Regional Levels. He was also nominated as a member of the Committee for Members in Industry by CIRC of ICAI for the year 1998–99. He was co-opted as a member of the National Academy Committee (1998–99), University & H.S. Boards Liaison Committee (1999–2000), and Board of Studies (2000–01) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His long-standing contribution to the profession, both as a practitioner and an industry expert, continues to enrich the leadership fabric of Proethic.
Er. Sanjeev Pal

Er. Sanjeev Pal is an Expert Member, Advisory Board of Proethic Consultants Private Limited. He comes with 40+ years of experience in managing key initiatives in the field of Coal Beneficiation, Captive Power Plants, Steel Manufacturing, Human Asset Management and Quality Management with Organisational Excellence.
During his association with Jindal Group as Vice President, his key functional experience includes coal block inception, mining and development, quality management through Integrated Management System (IMS), EnMS, TPM, 5S and other areas of Manufacturing or Production Management.
He has been an active contributor to technical research in coal beneficiation, key nominated member of the expert group to Japan in 2008 and to china in 2021 for Quality Assurance practices and has cross-functional experience in driving CSR activities worth $2–3 Cr monthly and human capital development. He is a Technocrat, a strategist, detail-oriented, analytical and an expert in systematic problem-solving, Human Resource Management and Operations Management.

Mr. Raymond Schnepp is an Expert Member, Advisory Board of Proethic Consultants Private Limited . Prior to this, he served as Director ( Controlling – Worldwide ) of Vossloh Cogifer Group companies.
He was also the Member of the Executive Committee of Vossloh Cogifer. He served Vossloh Cogifer for 43 years and successfully lead various M & A activities , Controlling , Costing and Management System activities and Implementations.
He was member of the Key Decision making team for world wide acquisitions in Vossloh Cogifer. He is a Finance Professional , a strategist, a policy maker and has strived to continuously improve the efficiency and profitability through strategic and highly efficient business portfolio evaluation.
Mr. Vikram Limsay

Vikram Limsay leads a team of dynamic and passionate consultants at Helicon. Though Vikram’s corporate and entrepreneurial journey spans 30 years, it is the variety of experiences rather than the number of years that he prefers as the measure of his experience.
Being a Tata Administrative Service (TAS) alumnus, he has worked with some of the biggest brands and corporations in India in key strategic and operational roles. Alongside charting the course for Helicon to become one of the most respected strategy consulting firms in the country, Vikram is a serial entrepreneur and an angel investor.
He has created and exited a tech start-up, runs one of the country’s leading lifestyle cycling companies, ProCycle, and has co-owned a motorsport company in the past. An avid sports enthusiast, Vikram routinely delivers strategy lectures at business seminars and is a hobby columnist.
He was also the Consulting Editor of Dalal Street Journal – the country’s oldest and well-respected investment magazine. He has also been on the academic governing bodies of educational institutions such as Symbiosis Skills University and Jagdish Sheth School of Management (JAGSOM, previously IFIM).

Managing Director
CA Pradeep Pal serves as the Managing Director of Proethic Consultants Private Limited. Based in Raipur, the capital city of Chhattisgarh, Pradeep is responsible for executing the business strategy and directing the overall performance and growth of the organisation. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management, with over 25 years of experience in the profession.
Having previously worked with a German multinational for almost 15 years, he has held various key positions, including Chief Financial Controller (Indian Operations), CFO (Indian Operations), and Chief Executive Officer of a Business Unit. He has also served on the Board of Directors of two Indian subsidiaries of the German Group.
He has extensive knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic & Tactical Financial Management, Corporate Governance, Ind AS, IFRS, as well as Commercial and Labour Laws. He has worked to create a high-performance environment with a highly visible leadership commitment to quality across all verticals.
He is a visionary and far-sighted professional, focused on steering the organisation towards excellence by providing end- to-end solutions. Within ICAI, he has held various positions at both the Branch and Central Levels. He served as the Chairperson of ICAI Bhilai Branch (CIRC) for the term 2022–23 and as the Secretary for the term 2004–05.
He was a Member of the Financial Reporting and Review Board (FRRB) of ICAI for the term 2017–18 and served as a Special Invitee to the Ethical Standards Board of ICAI for the term 2019–20. He has served as the Co-Chairman of the Banking and Finance Committee, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) – Eastern Region in 2024-25. He was also a Member of the Finance Panel – CII, Chhattisgarh, from 2009–10 to 2014–15.

CA Ajay Somani serves as Director of Proethic Consultants Private Limited. He is a hardworking, dynamic and forward-looking leader who works strategically to define the future roadmap and growth plan of the organisation. Ajay is responsible for developing and executing strategic policy matters and building networks to ensure the achievement of organisational goals.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2003 and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India (ICMAI). He holds several Post-Qualification Certifications from ICAI, including the Certificate Course on Cooperatives, Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks, and Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection.
With over two decades of diverse experience, CA Ajay Somani specialises in Strategic Project Finance and Investment Advisory, Compliance Governance, Business Process Management, Audit & Assurance, Banking, Direct Tax Matters and Tax Due Diligence. He also provides startup mentoring and represents clients in various Income Tax matters up to the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals). He has held various positions with ICAI at the Branch Level.
He served as the Secretary of ICAI Bhilai Branch (CIRC) for the term 2016–17 and as Vice Chairman for the term 2018–19. Ajay is also actively involved as a key functionary in Charitable Trusts and Societies. He continues to lead with a vision for excellence, ethics and value-based growth. CA Mitesh Jain is a member of the Leadership Team of Proethic Consultants Private Limited. Based in Raipur, the capital city of Chhattisgarh, Mitesh is responsible for leading the Financial Effectiveness Process Management within the overall Business Process Management. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Commerce Graduate by qualification.
With over 12 years of professional experience, he has developed expertise in Accounting, Tax Due Diligence, Bank Audits and consulting. Mitesh places great emphasis on building and maintaining effective control systems in the digital age. His strong technical background is complemented by practical proficiency in leading ERP and accounting systems, including SAP Business One, SAP R/3, IFS and Tally, enabling him to provide valuable advisory on ERP-integrated accounting processes and systems-based audit procedures.
He has successfully spearheaded multiple end-to-end consulting assignments, providing a full suite of services including accounting, payroll management, tax advisory and regulatory compliance. Through his comprehensive approach and complete ownership of assignments, he enables clients to focus on their core business operations. CA Mohit Kabra is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with over 10 years of diversified professional experience in the fields of Accountancy, Assurance, Taxation, Commercial Finance, Contract Management, Cost Budgeting, Working Capital Management and IT- based business workings.
He has practical exposure to various ERP solutions, including Tally ERP, SAP Business One, SAP S/4 HANA, Life Asia and SPECTRUM (ERP). He has been involved in the successful implementation, monitoring and execution of various SAP Business One and SAP S/4 HANA modules for clients, including heavy engineering industrial organisations, in association with software service providers.
Over the years, CA Mohit Kabra has developed strong expertise in Commercial Finance, Contract Management, Cost Budgeting and Working Capital Management. He has also been involved in MIS development and reporting for various clients. He has a keen inclination towards contracts entered into by organisations, particularly with regard to their commercial, working capital and capital management aspects, as well as identifying and assessing potential liabilities and exposures for the organisation. Within ICAI, he served as an Executive Member of the CPE Committee of ICAI Bhilai Branch (CIRC) for the term 2024–25.
